Wandsworth is at the heart of our borough, five out of our six offices are in the borough limits (only Streatham which is in Lambeth is outside), and you could therefore say that Wandsworth is a focal point of what we do.

It is certainly the busiest area we cover in terms of shops and facilities, benefiting from Southside shopping centre and at least three supermarkets.

In terms of housing, Wandsworth has some of the largest family homes in our areas around Westover Road, Geraldine Road and similar Roads, five- or six-bedroom family homes can demand very high prices as they rarely come up for sale. There are also the Tonsley and Toastrack areas which are extremely popular with families once again. Wandsworth is an area people move to, fall in love with and remain for many years. Its housing is not as diverse as on other areas and it has a small proportion of flats compared to houses, but those that know Wandsworth are always very keen to remain for a long period of time.
