Assistant Manager

• Help manage the day to day running of the department

• Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and maximise personal activity levels through high standards of customer communication

• Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate new ideas

• Undertake market appraisals and secure instructions to market property

• Assist in managing existing instructions to ensure on going client satisfaction

• Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates

• Attend all viewings and prepare thoroughly to answer all questions relating to the property

• Follow up on viewings and give quality feedback to Vendors/Landlords

• Ensure all offers taken are fully recorded, submitted promptly and financially qualified where necessary

• Utilise and update company records/software

• Prepare for and actively participate in the morning meeting

• Consistently provide exceptional client service to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients and ensure they become referrers of future customers and clients

• Promoting other Jacksons products and services where appropriate

• Comply with all relevant sales or lettings legislation relating to Money Laundering, Property Mis-descriptions and the Estate Agency Act

• Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
