• Actively ensure you grow your market share in your area regardless of market conditions whilst meeting all your branch and personal targets

• Ensure all your staff achieve their targets

• Monitor progress of staff, coach and motivate them to improve their performance

• Ensure branch staff adhere to the company priorities and constantly deliver exceptional customer service

• Hold morning meetings each day

• Maximise controlled canvassing campaigns and develop local canvassing initiatives

• Ensure all branch marketing material is fully compliant with the company brand

• Ensure a property register is maintained and appropriate marketing reviews undertaken

• Maintain client relations through weekly client calls regardless of viewing activity to re-enforce quality feedback to vendors/landlords and where appropriate, plan for a full re-appraisal

• Structure and organise the office diary to ensure adequate time is given to key activities (eg. Applicant management, client feedback, canvassing etc.)

• Undertake market appraisals and secure instructions to market property

• Follow up on viewings and give quality feedback to Vendors/Landlords

• Ensure all offers taken are fully recorded, submitted promptly and financially qualified where necessary

• Utilise and update company records/software

• Consistently provide exceptional client service to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients and ensure they become referrers of future customers and clients

• Promoting other Jacksons products and services where appropriate

• Adhere to all company procedures, HR policies and security of all staff

• Read and implement guidelines/actions as requested or emailed from your Line Manager or Director

• Comply with all relevant sales or lettings legislation relating to Money Laundering, Property Mis-descriptions and the Estate Agency Act

• Refer to your line manager or Director prior to any actions taking place relating to but not exclusive to, recruitment, holiday requests, dismissals, disciplinary measures, staff remuneration, branch expenditure over pre-agreed budget, marketing initiates that are not detailed within your branch guideless or that have not been pre-approved by a director
