Arrange Electrical Safety Checks

Receive and action maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors

Arrange appropriate quotations and ensure landlords approval/consent

Rent collection and credit control 

Issue correct documentation including letters and legal documents to all relevant parties

Maintain and update company software

Liaise/negotiate between Landlords and Tenants

Ensure all relevant people are kept informed and up to date with progress in relation to issues / complaints / problems

Manage the process relating to insurance claims

Comply with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation

Register deposit with TDS

Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages

Provide cover within the team and other teams as required
