History of Jacksons Estate Agents
Jacksons Estate Agents opened their first office on Balham High Road on the 1st August 1995; Fourteen years on you can still find us at the same address. During this time, we have witnessed an extraordinary change in Balham, with an unprecedented growth in the area, making it what it is today.
In 2002, Jacksons added a second office in Earlsfield to the company profile. The Earlsfield office is conveniently located in a prime position opposite Earlsfield mainline station and, we are proud to say, is the largest estate agency office on Garratt Lane. This has led to enormous success, culminating in Jacksons Estate Agents becoming the agent of choice for the majority of Earlsfield residents.
As a direct result of this success, Jacksons Estate Agents acquired two more sites over the course of 2008, one in Streatham on the High Road and the other in Wandsworth on East Hill. These new locations complemented our two original offices in Balham and Earlsfield, each office being able to offer our clients the benefit of their home(s) being marketed for sale or rent from two branches simultaneously. The positive effects of this policy can best be seen at our Streatham office, where a considerable number of properties are being let or sold via our Balham office and vice versa.
This is indicative of the very simple, methodical yet advanced approach to selling that Jacksons offer to their clients and what, we feel, sets us apart from other estate agents in the south west London area. Our aim is to consistently achieve a level of customer service that it satisfactory to both buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Over the years, this has lead to many recommendations from satisfied clients who have, in turn, forwarded our details to their friends, family or work colleagues.
So where do Jacksons Estate Agents plan on going from here?
We have answered this question in the best way possible at the beginning of 2009 by opening our fifth and sixth offices in Battersea and Tooting. In an industry that is suffering under the pressures of the economy, we are very proud to say that we are expanding the number of offices we have, taking on new staff and spreading our service to cover a wider expanse of South West London. We believe this is a true testament to how our product must work, and how our clients appreciate the service they receive.
