Since April 2009 Jacksons Estate Agents have been processing the opinions of all of our customers who rent or buy a property through our sales and lettings departments throughout our six branches. Why? Well contrary to the opinion of many estate agents we believe that what our customers truly think of their experience is crucial to our ability to offer any form of service.

To collect these opinions we began handing out questionnaires to all our customers who move into a property that we have sold or let, this asks them to answer a number of 'tick box' questions and to also make a written comment as to what they thought of our company. Those that make comments will be published below to give you an impression on what our customers thought.

Some client's don't make comments but all answer the questions, would you recommend Jacksons to a friend and would you use Jacksons again. In 2009 97.63% of our customers answered YES to both of these questions.

We hope that by continuing to assess the needs of our clients we can continue to be one of the most successful independent estate agents in South West London. 

 

'I was perfectly happy with the level of service I received and really can't fault it. If I ever choose to buy or sell in London again I will certainly look to use Jacksons in the future. I was previously with Andrews and was becoming increasingly frustrated at their lack of good customer service having rented out with them for a number of years. I was pushed from pillar to post with incompetent staff which was extremely frustrating. I therefore decided to approach Jacksons and following initial discussions with Chris Cady, and having explained my situation, I was happy to transfer the sale of my property across to them in the hope that they could actually provide a decent service with the hope of selling my flat. From the outset i have only ever dealt with Chris and Helen. Helen has been the main point of contact in terms of negotiation which has involved showing people round my flat and providing regular updates to me. This has been extremely valuable and I feel that i haev been kept in the loop at all times. Helen is approachable and took the time to understand my circumstances from the outset which enabled us to form a good trusting relationship throughout (unlike the previous agent I dealt with). Helens level of contact was just right, not too overpowering and not too elusive - she kept in touch even when there was no news which was appreciated as it wasn't left to me to chase. This served to confirm that i had made the right decision in moving agents and I would certainly recommend Jacksons to friends and family (solely due to the input of both Chris and Helen who are both a credit to the company). To add to this, the sale was completed just five weeks before we were expecting our first child which could have been a stressful expereince but it really was anything but. I was handled smoothly and calmly, Thank You once again for all your help.'

We haven’t met but just wanted to drop you an email about Hannah White. I am so so impressed with the service she has given me with renting out my property in Laitwood Road.

I don’t think people give enough positive feedback and as I am in a similar business (recruitment) I really appreciate good people and service.
