Jacksons welcomes summer
Summer is here and Jacksons has never been busier with increased activity in both sales and lettings. For over 20 years Jacksons has been at the heart of the property market in Balham, Clapham, Earlsfield, Streatham, Tooting and Wandsworth. Our locations are ever popular with excellent transport links, good school selections and open green spaces meaning we attract the very best buyers and tenants and arrange over 2,600 property viewings for them every month.
The sales teams are achieving great prices with many properties attracting offers from multiple interested parties. ‘We have had some lovely properties on the market, which means we have some great buyers registered who are eager to secure their new home’ says Philip Agius at Jacksons. ‘Houses and flats with outside space are proving to have the greatest demand, and in most instances we are achieving multiple offers on them. This means we have buyers who have missed out and are extremely motivated to find similar properties. Our proactive attitude means we are bucking the trend and accomplishing some fantastic results for our clients.’
Our lettings department has been busy all year and reports an early start to the summer rush. ‘We are already seeing more and more tenants registering with us to find their next home,’ says Faye Townsend-Smith at Jacksons. ‘Demand is very balanced across the market, with great levels of enquiry for both houses and flats. We have a large number of people relocating into the area, in particular large companies and corporate tenants who are out in force.’ Jacksons works in partnership with landlords taking our fee monthly and not up front.
