In terms of selling, we’re strongly advising sellers to be optimistic. 2020 was a strange year and as a result of the recent lockdowns many are prioritising living space and outdoor space. We have found that dealing with clients that know exactly what they want resulted in some great prices being achieved across the board. We expect as the year progresses into the spring and beyond and with a vaccine rollout, the market will continue to flourish as we deal with pent up demand.
